Flawed and Damaged is delightfully delicious, witty, and hot with a bit of angst. This book is a breath of fresh air...an easy read that flows well. Life is not planned. Sometimes the best mistakes turn out to be the miracles you need. For Elizabeth Williams, the mistake comes in the form of a hot pompous jerk of an alpha male in a business suit at an airport in Moscow named Ryan Price.
Elizabeth met Ryan at the airport by mistake in Moscow when she thought he was the employee her boss wanted to escort to a meeting. Ryan thought she was an escort his brother set up for him to loosen him up and show him a good time.
"For some unknown reason the intense peering-into-my-very-soul gaze of this stranger paralyzes me and makes my heart thump madly. What surprises me is that I feel some current running between us. Does he feel it too?"
Beautiful blonde and brainy Elizabeth, still haunted by a devastating past, has thrown ladies-man Ryan quite the curveball. Used to women throwing themselves at his feet and one-night stands, he can't walk away from the sweet and amber-eyed long-legged beauty who sets his heart and body on fire and has taken his mind hostage.

Who wrote this? Elizabeth is beyond terrible. She complains about everything. She ridicules everything Ryan does. Then the author tries to make Ryan into the one in the wrong. Sounds like the author has a lot of personal issues. Ryan gives Elizabeth a job then Elizabeth gets mad because he won't have an affair with her. Reverse sexual harassment? I am half way through and I can't stand this woman. She is beyond flawed and damaged. She is disgusting.
Everyone has past issues. But there are plenty of stories being written about strong women. This isn't one.
I will finish the story. But I'm betting it just gets worse.
It gets worse. I. can't get past the feeling the author is very young. Elizabeth is childish in every way. Like a teenager who thinks they have all the answers. She has zero maturity.
You won't like the end of the book either. Want to know? Buy another book.
5 Undamaged stars here. I absolutely loved this story, it is a MUST read. This Story is about Liza (Elizabeth) & Ryan. Elizabeth is a young Woman living in Moscow due to the tragic death of her parents 4 years prior. She is trying to cope with everything going on Her job, her grandmother & living day to day. Ryan is in Moscow on business, as soon as he sees her with that damn sign . The Story takes off! Ryan thinks she's his brother's Moscow assistant, she thinks he an investor there for a meeting with the firm she works for. Out of mix ups and mis-communication Liza loses her job thanks to Ryan's false assumptions. Ryan has a proposition for Liza be his assistant and travel with him. Liza is unsure about this but has no choice. AS they travel they come to learn that they care deeply for each other and can over come tremedous odds and learn what love & healing is. Kudos Ms. Krat!! Can't wait for book 2
A miscommunication that starts a journey to love.
When Ryan arrives in Moscow on business he thinks Elizabeth is "an assistant" sent by his brother. When he sees her he has an attraction towards her.
This story is told from Ryan and Elizabeth's POV and it helps you to get to know each of them individually. They both have secrets and lies from their pasts that they are not proud of. Elizabeth can't move past the grief of losing her parents. Ryan feels that he is not good enough and incapable of love due to things in his past. Can they come together and prove that each other is worthy of love?
This story moved at a slow pace but it worked. Ryan and Elizabeth needed that time to tell the story of their past. They worked to get past the demons and learn to live and love. There is just the right amount of angst, sadness, happiness and love to make the story flow. I also loved that the book was set in Moscow but covered Paris and other countries.
This book did not end in a cliffhanger but there is another story to come. Can't wait to see more of Ryan and Elizabeth and their family and friends.
